SAP SuccessFactors Application Manager Porto

Overview

We are looking for a SAP Success
Factors Application Manager, to integrate directly the team of our client – a reference company in the industry sector.

Responsibilities

• Support and ensure the operational functionality of various corporate processes implemented in the SAP Success
  Factors application, specifically in modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and others;
• Manage business key users in their interactions with the tool, identifying continuous improvement actions to enhance the platform;
• Plan and manage updates according to the product roadmap and schedule aligned with external providers;
• Actively participate in projects within the area and in implementations across multiple geographies where the group operates (Portugal, Brazil, Canada, etc. ).

Qualifications

• Academic background in Computer Engineering, Science or similar areas;
• Prior experience in SAP Success
  Factors, including support activities, product management, or technical implementation of projects;
• Ability to understand complex processes and translate them into technical solutions;
• Fluent in Portuguese, with a minimum English proficiency level of B1-B2.
