Factors Consultant (Platform, RBP, JPB, TIH, Story Reports) and help our cloud customers achieve success. This role focuses on adopting and optimizing SAP Success
Factors Suite and driving large‑scale adoption events.

Purpose and Objectives

The Functional Specialist supports outcome‑based goals for SAP Preferred Success customers, delivering adoption recommendations, large‑scale events, and subject‑matter expertise.

Responsibilities

• Remote delivery of 1:1 and 1:M adoption and consumption workshops across SAP Success
  Factors Suite.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, develop exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and evolve the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.

Requirements

• Associate Certification in at least one SAP Success
  Factors Suite module (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, Compensation & Variable Pay), and HCM Platform.
• 3‑5 years of experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP Success
  Factors Suite with special attention to RBP, JPB, TIH, Story Reports, Mobile and the Success
  Factors Platform functionalities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages an advantage.
• University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field.
