Factors Consultant

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon or Porto

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience with SAP Success
  Factors (implementation, configuration, support)
• Strong knowledge of at least 2 Success
  Factors modules (e. g. , Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Learning)
• Ability to translate HR business requirements into effective system configurations
• Experience integrating Success
  Factors with SAP ERP/S/4HANA or
  - party applications
• Solid understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices
• Excellent communication,
  - solving, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Certifications in multiple Success
  Factors modules
• Experience with global or
  - country rollouts
• Knowledge of People Analytics and workforce planning
