SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Our client is a leading company operating across various sectors — including the automotive and agricultural machinery industries — with a presence in multiple countries. They are seeking a SAP Success
Factors Consultant to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Support and ensure the smooth operation of various corporate processes implemented in SAP Success
  Factors, particularly in modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and others.
• Manage business key users in their interactions with the platform, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Plan and oversee system updates in alignment with the product roadmap and vendor schedules.
• Actively participate in area projects and implementations across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or a related scientific field, or certified training in SAP Success
  Factors.
• Previous experience with SAP Success
  Factors in support, product management, or technical project implementation.
• Strong ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Fluent in Portuguese, with intermediate English skills (B1-B2) required.
