Job Summary

Keyrus is looking for a SAP Success
Factors Consultant. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge across multiple Success
Factors modules, proven experience in HR transformation projects, and the ability to deliver scalable, compliant
- based solutions. We value individuals who are

This position is a Hybrid position in Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP Success
  Factors modules.
• Translate HR business requirements into effective system configurations.
• Optimise HR processes and deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
• Integrate Success
  Factors with SAP ERP/S/4HANA and
  - party applications.
• Provide ongoing support and act as a subject matter expert for HR technology.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.

Requirements for the role

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Success
  Factors (implementing, configuring and supporting HCM solutions).
• Deep knowledge of at least two modules (e. g. , Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Learning).
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions.
• Excellent
  - solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal

Nice to have

• Certification in multiple Success
  Factors modules.
• Experience with global/multi-country rollouts.
• Knowledge of People Analytics and workforce planning.
