Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (1x office per week)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a SAP Success
Factors Consultant to join our team!

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Implement, configure, and maintain SAP Success
  Factors modules;
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Success
  Factors solutions;
• Provide technical & functional support across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession Planning and Time;
• Optimize HR workflows, reporting, and integrations to enhance efficiency;
• Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to drive digital transformation.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience in SAP Success
  Factors implementation and support;
• Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices;
• Hands-on experience with Success
  Factors configuration,
  - based permissions, and reporting tools;
• Experience with SAP integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions (a plus);
• Fluency in Portuguese; fluency in English is a plus (written and spoken).

Complementary Requirements:

• SAP Success
  Factors certification (highly preferred);
• Experience with Success
  Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP);
• Familiarity with
  - based HR solutions & integration.
