As a SAP Success
Factors consultant, the candidate is specialize in implementing and optimizing SAP Success
Factors solutions for clients.

Skills and Expertise:

• Configuration and customization of Success
  Factors modules ( Compensation, Learning, Succession & Development, Recruiting & Onboarding, etc. ).
• Integration of Success
  Factors with other SAP modules or
  - party systems.
• Troubleshooting and support for Success
  Factors implementations.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance regulations.

Certifications:

• SAP Success
  Factors Associate/Professional Certifications
