SAP Success
Factors Preferred Success is seeking a Functional Specialist to support our cloud customers. The role involves delivering tailored adoption services and
- scale adoption events for SAP Preferred Success customers and their CSPs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote 1:1 and 1:M adoption and
  - focused services and workshops across SAP Success
  Factors Suite based on expertise and certification.
• Act as a subject matter expert, develop content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers, and collaborate to evolve the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.

Requirements

• Associate Certification in at least one SAP Success
  Factors Suite module (e. g. , Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, etc. ) and HCM Platform.
• 3-5 years of experience in SAP Success
  Factors Suite development, implementation, or optimization.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• University degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
