Role Overview: SAP Success
Factors Preferred Success is seeking a Functional Specialist to join our team. You will provide expert consulting to support the goals of our cloud customers, deliver tailored adoption recommendations, and coordinate
- scale adoption events for SAP Success
Factors customers and their CSPs.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver remote 1:1 and 1:M adoption and
   - focused services and workshops across the SAP Success
   Factors Suite, depending on expertise and certification.
2. Act as a subject matter expert in your area(s), developing exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.

Requirements:

1. Associate Certification in at least one SAP Success
   Factors Suite module (e. g. , Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, Compensation & Variable Pay), and HCM Platform.
2. 3-5 years of experience in development, implementation, or optimization of SAP Success
   Factors Suite.
3. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
4. University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
