- client (final client) with 54, 000 global employees in 58 countries who use SAP Success
Factors as their global cloud HR System. Currently, the team is looking for a new member to join them on a
- time permanent basis in Portugal.

SAP Success
Factors Consultant (Or senior Consultant) focused on Learning Management

The SAP Success
Factors Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Success
Factors suite of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The role involves working with clients to understand their business requirements, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring smooth deployment of the SAP Success
Factors module LMS (further modules are a bonus)

Key Responsibilities:

Consultation and Business Analysis:

• Conduct workshops with clients to gather business requirements and document processes.
• Advise clients on best practices in SAP Success
  Factors, providing insights on optimizing HR functions using the system.
• Understand
  - specific needs and design customized solutions within the SAP Success
  Factors suite.

Configuration and Implementation:

• Configure Success
  Factors LMS Module
• Lead the implementation of Success
  Factors solutions, ensuring they align with client requirements.
• Design, build, and test configurations and perform data migration activities.

Training and Support:

• Provide
  - user training and documentation on how to use SAP Success
  Factors.
• Offer
  - implementation support and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  - deployment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

• Proven experience in implementing SAP Success
  Factors solutions, including at least 2-3
  - cycle implementations.
• Experience with multiple Success
  Factors modules, but ideally LMS (5+ years)
• Certifications are also a bonus

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Success
  Factors configuration and business processes.
• Experience in data migration, integration, and custom reporting in Success
  Factors.
• Familiarity with SAP HCM modules is a plus.
