We are seeking an experienced and motivated SAP Success
Factors Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist to join our customers' dynamic,

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the effective design, configuration, operation, and continuous improvement of their SAP Success
Factors LMS solution, supporting over 18, 000 global employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the

- end Implementation of the SAP Success
Factors LMS module, from requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all LMS-related queries, enhancements, and integrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement new learning programs, compliance training, and
- critical learning initiatives. - Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying and implementing system enhancements and optimisations.
- Support LMS reporting, dashboards, and analytics needs across the organization.
- Ensure data accuracy, user adoption, and alignment with global learning strategies and compliance requirements.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to internal users and administrators across global regions.
- Stay current on SAP Success
Factors LMS releases, roadmap, and best practices to ensure alignment with business needs and system capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of
- on experience with SAP Success
Factors LMS, including full lifecycle implementations and ongoing system support. - Strong understanding of Success
Factors Learning architecture, including item management, assignment profiles, connectors, integrations, and reporting. - Demonstrated experience working in large, complex, global organizations.
- Familiarity with LMS-related integrations (e. g. , with SSO, content providers, or HRIS platforms such as EC).
- Excellent
- solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills – able to work with both technical teams and
- technical business users. - Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to team environments.
This position can be based anywhere in Europe, with Portugal as a preferred location, as there are already two HRIS members located in Lisbon. Salary is 65, 000 - 85, 000 EUR per year, and the position is 100% remote working.
