We are looking for:

Experienced SAP Success
Factors Performance & Goals Consultant with 5 to 10 years experience in delivering Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM) solutions for organizations across various industries. Expert at configuring performance templates, goal libraries, route maps, competencies, and continuous performance management features to drive employee development and organizational alignment.

Well-versed in aligning HR strategy with Success
Factors best practices , from goal setting and cascading to performance evaluation and development planning. Strong experience in

- end implementations, user training, testing, and

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor Degree

SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP Success
Factors Performance and Goals

SAP Certified – Employee Central (recommended)

Additional HRIS/HR Tech Certifications (optional).
