Factores Consultant:

• Proven experience with Success
  Factors Employee Central
  
  Time Off
  
  and/or
  
  Time Tracking
  
  ;
  
  
• Configuration of vacation, leave, public holiday policies, and work schedule rules;
  
  
• Integration with Payroll (SAP or other systems);
  
  
• Ability to analyze requirements and design
  - oriented solutions;
  
  
• Experience in Success
  Factors implementations (preferably full cycle);
  
  
• Solid knowledge of integration with other Success
  Factors modules;
  
  
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills to address complex business and technical issues;
  
  
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs;
  
  
• Availability to work remotely within the Portuguese time zone;
  
  
• Certificationsin Success
  Factors
  
  Time Off, Time Tracking, Compensation,
  
  and
  
  Employee Central
  
  are highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  
  Portuguese and English.
