Responsibilities:

Lead implementations of SAP Success
Factors Time Management (Time Tracking, Time Off, Timesheet).

Configure and optimize processes aligned with HR needs.

Collaborate with Employee Central and other modules when required.

Provide ongoing support, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

You'll be a great match if you have:

Degree in HR, Managemen t, or Information Systems.

5+ years of experience in SAP Success
Factors Time Management.

Experience in Employee Central (EC) (nice to have).

SAP SF certifications and Spanish knowledge are a plus.

Advanced Portuguese and English skills.
