Factors Consultant to our Portuguese team, someone who knows Employee Central inside and out. The role is based in our Lisbon office.

You’ll be working on some of the most interesting HR transformation projects in the region, partnering with global clients. If you’re ready to dive into complex projects, take ownership, and be a trusted advisor that clients rely on, we’d like to hear from you.

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP Success
  Factors modules (e. g. , Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc. )
• Support data migration, system testing, and documentation.
• Participate in client workshops, capturing requirements and supporting solution design.
• Provide
  -
  - live support and troubleshoot system issues under guidance.
• Work closely with senior consultants and project managers on various client assignments.
• Stay
  -
  - date with new SAP features and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in HR systems and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a consulting environment.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
