What you will do

We are looking for an SAP Success
Factors Consultant with
- on experience in implementing Compensation and Variable Pay. You will independently handle large implementation projects focusing on Compensation processes such as Compensation Worksheets, Budget allocation, Compensation Planning, and Compensation statements. Familiarity with system implementation standards and methodologies is essential.

What you bring

• 1. 5+ years of relevant experience in SF Compensation & Variable Pay with at least 2
  -
  - end implementations in Compensation and 1 in Variable Pay.
• Good integration knowledge with other modules like PMGM and EC.
• Strong Success
  Factors Compensation knowledge and valid certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a
  - functional team environment, including offshore/onsite models.
• Experience in international environments with global accounting and local statutory needs is advantageous.
