What is this challenge about

• Participate in the implementation and configuration of SAP Success
  Factors Employee Central.
• Collaborate with the project team to define system requirements and develop optimal solutions for HR processes.
• Customize and support SAP Success
  Factors modules according to client needs.
• Provide functional expertise in HR business processes and Success
  Factors capabilities.
• Assist in data migration, testing, and user training activities.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Support
  - live preparation and
  - implementation activities.
• Work in collaboration with international teams, under the supervision of a Project Manager.

What we are looking for

• +3 years experience working with SAP Success
  Factors Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP HCM.
• Ability to configure and support Employee Central modules.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and Success
  Factors implementation methodology.
• Excellent
  - solving skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English.
• Living in Lisbon, Porto, Braga, or Coimbra (hybrid role).
