We are looking for a SAP Success
Factors Tech Lead to join our (type department) team in (type location). What's the challenge? Lead the technical and functional architecture of the various modules of the Success
Factors implementation at Nors, following the different rollout projects across multiple geographies;Coordinate technical and
- functional teams to perform solution maintenance and bug resolution;Ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams, empowering them in SAP technologies and methodology for the product;Align priorities and ensure value delivery according to strategic definitions;Act as a link between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and the technological solution, promoting articulation between HR processes and technology;Contribute to the consolidation and functional expansion phase of the solution, driving its evolution based on an existing implementation, with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptation to business needs.

What do we expect from you? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;4+ years of experience in technical Success
Factors implementation projects (with a focus on Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules);Experience with additional modules such as Recruiting and Compensation will be valued;Experience in managing teams – technical or functional within a project scope;Ability to manage the product roadmap and translate business requirements into technical solutions;Proactivity, critical thinking, and a focus on the continuous improvement of implemented solutions;Experience in driving organizational changes related to digital transformation;Proficiency in English.
