Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP Tech Lead in implementation or support projects
• Hands-on knowledge of MRO processes within SAP (MM, PM, Ariba or related modules)
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and integration points with MRO
• Ability to collaborate with functional and business teams, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business needs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
