DECISION is looking for a SAP Technical Lead.

- The candidate must have:

- SAP Success Factors, particularly in the modules:

Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation Management, Succession & Development;



- SAP Business Technology Platform;



- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar;



- Excellent written andverbal communication skills;



- Ability to workin a collaborative environment and with global teams;



- Ability for critical analysis and focused on problem solving;



- Commitment to qualityof deliveries;



- Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR;



- Experience in strategic projects;



- Knowledge of languages (written and oral):

English (mandatory) - Knowledge of application technologies;



- Hands-on experience with these technologies;



- Experience withdesigning complex solutions.

- Nice to have:

- Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence tools;



- Portuguese and Spanish is a plus.

- Top Skills:

- SAP Success Factors - SAP Business Technology Platform - From 5 to 10 years of experience;



- Type of project:

support. The candidate will provide support to the current developing team, being directly involved with the project.
