Responsibilities- Building and implementing testing strategies and methods together with the business test manager. - Creating comprehensive test plans and coordinating all testing activities to ensure adequate coverage. - Designing and managing the defect triage process, coordinating with functional teams and retesting activities. - Guiding the operative test team through all phases of testing, including:
- Kick-off Preparation Phase- System requirements setup for local
- Integration Testing- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)- Data Load Tests- Preparation and Execution of Day in the Office (Di
O) sessions (non-standard rollout)- Documenting test results, defect status, and progress reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable work experience. - Proven experience working as a Test Manager or in a similar role within SAP/S4 HANA migration projects. - Strong organizational skills to manage complex testing plans and timelines. - Proficiency in testing frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with tools such as MS Project, JIRA/XRAY, Confluence, and Excel. - Ability to adapt and solve problems under time constraints. - Fluent Business English, both written and spoken. Nice to Have- Familiarity with agile methodologies and PI Planning processes. - Experience in risk management and quality assurance during testing cycles. - Knowledge of integration testing and performance validation for SAP environments.
