Responsibilities

• Building and implementing testing strategies and methods together with the business test manager.
• Creating comprehensive test plans and coordinating all testing activities to ensure adequate coverage.
• Designing and managing the defect triage process, coordinating with functional teams and retesting activities.
• Guiding the operative test team through all phases of testing, including:
  • Kick-off Preparation Phase
  • System requirements setup for local landscape
  • Integration Testing
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Data Load Tests
  • Preparation and Execution of Day in the Office (Di
    O) sessions (non-standard rollout)
• Documenting test results, defect status, and progress reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable work experience.
• Proven experience working as a Test Manager or in a similar role within SAP/S4 HANA migration projects.
• Strong organizational skills to manage complex testing plans and timelines.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, JIRA/XRAY, Confluence, and Excel.
• Ability to adapt and solve problems under time constraints.
• Fluent Business English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and PI Planning processes.
• Experience in risk management and quality assurance during testing cycles.
• Knowledge of integration testing and performance validation for SAP environments.
