About The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP TM Consultant to lead functional analysis, solution design, and implementation within transportation management projects. You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the delivery of efficient and scalable SAP TM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and validate functional requirements with logistics, transport, and operations teams.
• Translate business needs into clear and structured functional specifications.
• Propose SAP TM solutions aligned with best practices and existing system architecture.
• Participate in functional and technical design workshops.
• Create and maintain Functional Specification (FS) documentation.
• Assist developers in producing complementary technical documentation.
• Guide the development team through implementation.
• Validate both technical and functional deliverables.
• Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Support SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure consistent alignment across requirements, development, and final delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a SAP TM Consultant.
• Proven track record in SAP TM implementations.
• Strong understanding of transportation processes — planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Experience in functional documentation and guiding technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and
  - technical audiences.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Valued Certification

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Transportation Management.
