Role:

SAP TM Functional Consultant

Location:

Remote (Brazil, Portugal, Tunisia, Morocco, or Egypt)

Required skills:

• University degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP TM Consultant
• Proven experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) projects
• Deep functional knowledge of transportation processes, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Experience creating functional specifications and guiding technical teams
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and
  - technical stakeholders
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)

Certifications (valued):

SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Transportation Management

Task Overview:

Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing solutions, managing documentation, supporting development, testing, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and validate functional requirements with business teams (logistics, transport, operations)
• Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications
• Propose SAP TM solutions aligned with best practices and existing architecture
• Participate in functional and technical design workshops
• Create and maintain Functional Specifications (FS)
• Support the creation of technical documentation in collaboration with developers
• Guide the development team in implementing designed solutions
• Validate technical and functional deliverables
• Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Support functional and integration testing (SIT/UAT)
• Act as the point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team
• Ensure alignment between requirements, development, and deliverables
