Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Understanding of Information Technology and IT processes
• Support Service Owner and stakeholders with tasks and approval
• Analyze business requirements and processes to support infrastructure service design
• Prepare and contribute to architectural quality reviews
• Contribute to service strategy and architecture definition
• Identify and track issues in collaboration with other work streams
• Implement and optimize Data Center services and ITIl processes globally
• Ensure data and information security in Data Center services
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships
• Coordinate with
  - party vendors and external providers
• Experience working in SBC (Server-Based Computing), Citrix, Terminal Server
• Experience with Web Technologies such as Apache IIS and Tomcat
• Fluency in English (B2 Level)
• Availability to work remotely inside the EU
