SCA & SAST Vulnerability Management Specialist
Overview
Role: SCA & SAST Vulnerability Management Specialist. The specialist will actively participate in the continuous improvement of the organization’s cybersecurity performance framework, with transversal knowledge of the IT and cybersecurity environment and daily collaboration across departments and international teams.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that eligible assets are subject to regular code reviews.
- Providing support to Security Champions in remediating identified vulnerabilities.
- Ensuring that identified vulnerabilities are remediated within established deadlines.
- Collecting evidence when appropriate (e. g. , from third parties).
- Providing data for KPIs.
- Monitoring that eligible assets (internal and external) are covered by code review tools.
- Ensuring that all assets are regularly and successfully scanned.
- Examining scan test results, prioritizing, and proposing remediation plans, with
- up with the relevant entities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the IT field.
- Broad vision of IT domains. Cybersecurity knowledge/experience is a plus.
- Strong oral and written English (French is a plus but not mandatory).
- Ability to produce regular and ad hoc reports on all relevant topics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Power BI.
- Rigour; client orientation; collaborative working skills; adaptability; resilience; analytical skills.
- Must be physically located in Portugal and able to work at the office 3/5 days a week.
