We are looking for Scala Developer to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model from Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Scala and Java.

Collaborate with
- functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scala Developer.

Solid knowledge of Java and its ecosystem.

Strong understanding of functional programming concepts.

Proficiency with frameworks and tools in the Scala ecosystem (e. g. , Akka, Play, or Spark).

Good spoken English and Portuguese.

Ability to work
- site in Lisbon 2 times per week.
