We are looking for Scala Developer to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model from Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Scala and Java.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scala Developer.
• Solid knowledge of Java and its ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of functional programming concepts.
• Proficiency with frameworks and tools in the Scala ecosystem (e. g. , Akka, Play, or Spark).
• Good spoken English and Portuguese.
• Ability to work
  - site in Lisbon 2 times per week.
