Role Description

This is a remote, contractor role focused on creating, managing, and optimizing
- driven digital content, primarily for Linked
In, Chemva’s website, and You
Tube.

The role is ideal for someone who combines creative content skills with basic scientific understanding and enjoys translating technical topics into clear, engaging, and professional content for a Med
Tech audience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Research and understand topics related to medical devices, biocompatibility, toxicology, chemistry, and materials science.
  • Create
    - quality content, including: Linked
    In posts and carousels;

    Infographics and visualexplainers;

    Short educational videos;

    Website blogs and vlogs;

    and Translate complex scientific and regulatory information into accessible, accurate content.

Social Media & Engagement

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content, primarily on Linked
    In.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and interactions;

    respond or escalate appropriately to support engagement and brand credibility.
  • Maintain a consistent, professional brand voice aligned with Chemva’s scientific reputation.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track content performance using platform analytics (e. G. , reach, engagement, growth).
  • Analyze trends and audience behavior to refine content strategy.
  • Prepare brief performance summaries with insights and recommendations.

Collaboration & Improvement

  • Work closely with Chemva’s scientific team to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Propose new content ideas, formats, and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on digital content trends relevant to Med
    Tech and scientific communication.

Qualifications

  • Background in science, engineering, or life sciences OR content/communications with demonstrated experience in scientific or technical topics.
  • Strong research, writing, and editing skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple content pieces and deadlines independently.
  • High attention to detail and respect for scientific accuracy.
  • Ability to meet during business hours in the US EST time zone.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience creating content for Med
    Tech, healthcare, science, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Linked
    In content strategy and professional audiences.
  • Experience using analytics to evaluate and improve content performance.
  • Portfolio showing professional posts, infographics, or
    - form videos.

Tools & Skills

  • Content and design tools (e. G. , Canva, Cap
    Cut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Basic video editing and visual storytelling.
  • Comfort working with analytics dashboards and performance metrics.

Additional Information

  • Paid onboarding and training on Chemva’s scientific focus areas.
  • Fully remote contractor role.
