We are looking for a Scrum Master for an opportunity to join and be part of the creation of a center of excellence for a Leading Multinational Fintech Company.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum of +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead

• Scrum Master certified

• Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban)

• Agile Estimating & Planning

• Scrum ceremonies and artifacts

• Agile Practices related to Software Engineering:
- Automated Testing techniques o Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment - Test Driven Development

• Metrics:
- Velocity vs Productivity

• Tools: Jira/Confluence

• Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value

• Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related • Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile,
- organized and to be at their best

• Experience in development (valued)

• Great communication, analysis and listening skills

• Software Craftsmanship’s

• English proficiency should be at least C1 level

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Great team spirit, proactive, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness, and curiosity to learn.

4x / week in Lisboa, Parque das Nações.
