Scrum Master / Team Coach

? Job Description:

We are looking for a Scrum Master / Team Coach with extensive experience in agile methodologies and a passion for empowering
- performing teams. The selected professional will support product teams in the delivery of
- quality digital products while promoting continuous improvement, agile maturity, and a culture of servant leadership.

This role plays a critical part in the agile transformation of the organization and is ideal for someone with strong facilitation skills and a proactive coaching approach.

? Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile best practices
• Coach teams on Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban, fostering autonomy and performance
• Identify and remove impediments, working closely with stakeholders
• Promote continuous improvement and agile maturity across teams
• Contribute to Communities of Practice and broader agile transformation initiatives
• Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro to track progress and improve transparency

✅ Mandatory requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master
• Strong expertise in Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
• Certified Scrum Master (e. g. , CSM, PSM I); advanced certifications are a plus
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Miro
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and servant leadership mindset
• Fluent in English (B2 or higher)

• Modality: Hybrid (60% remote / 40%
