We are looking for a Scrum Master with the following requirements:

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead;
• English proficiency should be at least C1 level;
• Scrum Master certified;
• Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban);
• Agile Estimating & Planning;
• Scrum ceremonies and artifacts;

• Agile Practices related to Software Engineering:
Automated Testing techniques;
Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment;
Test Driven Development;

• Metrics:
Velocity vs Productivity;

• Tools: Jira/Confluence;
• Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value;
• Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related;
• Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile,
- organized and to be at their best;
• Experience in development (valued);
• Great communication, analysis and listening skills;
• Software Craftsmanship’s;
• Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness, and curiosity to learn;

• Duration: Long Term Contract.
