WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead and facilitate agile teams, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure effective delivery of value.
• Coach teams on Agile and SAFe practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align strategies and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Identify, escalate, and manage risks and dependencies across teams and ARTs to ensure timely resolution.
• Support the scheduling and resolution of issues with released products.
• Monitor team progress and report on performance metrics to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Guide and support RTEs, Scrum Masters, and Product Management teams in Agile best practices.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

• Doctorate Degree OR
• Master’s degree with 4-6 years of experience in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of experience in the same fields OR
• Diploma with 10-12 years of experience in the same fields

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SAFe
• Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Jira Align
• Proven ability to guide teams through Agile events and practices
• Excellent
  - solving and communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Dev
  Ops and Test Automation
• Workshop facilitation and training experience

Certifications:

• Certified SAFe Scrum Master or similar (preferred)
• Certified SAFe RTE or similar (preferred)

Soft Skills:

• Leadership, collaboration, and
  - tasking abilities
