WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead and facilitate agile teams, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure effective delivery of value.
- Coach teams on Agile and SAFe practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align strategies and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Identify, escalate, and manage risks and dependencies across teams and ARTs to ensure timely resolution.
- Support the scheduling and resolution of issues with released products.
- Monitor team progress and report on performance metrics to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Guide and support RTEs, Scrum Masters, and Product Management teams in Agile best practices.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
Basic Qualifications and Experience:
- Doctorate Degree OR
- Master’s degree with 4-6 years of experience in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of experience in the same fields OR
- Diploma with 10-12 years of experience in the same fields
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SAFe
- Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Jira Align
- Proven ability to guide teams through Agile events and practices
- Excellent
- solving and communication skills
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of Dev
Ops and Test Automation - Workshop facilitation and training experience
Certifications:
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master or similar (preferred)
- Certified SAFe RTE or similar (preferred)
Soft Skills:
- Leadership, collaboration, and
- tasking abilities
