We are looking for a Scrum Master to join one of our biggest clients, a global financial services company that provides innovative solutions in banking and payment systems.

Location: Offices in Porto (Hybrid)

What you will do:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
• Support development teams in removing impediments and improving processes.
• Act as a servant leader, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization

What you are like:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record as a Scrum Master, with
  - world experience in leading Agile teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar advanced certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French (Portuguese C1 is a plus).
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts effectively across varied cultural and professional backgrounds.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Background in the financial services industry, especially with SEPA payments, is highly advantageous.
