YOUR ROLE

1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
2. Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and practices.
3. Promote collaboration and effective communication among team members.
4. Assist the team in achieving sprint objectives and project goals.
5. Train and orient team members on agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
6. Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and define the backlog.
7. Monitor and report on project progress using agile metrics.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
3. Knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
4. Ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments.
5. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
6. Experience with agile management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
7. Experience in agile software development environments.
8. Strong analytical and
   - solving skills.
