Scrum Master (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)What do you need to have:



Hard Skills:



- Proven experience as a Scrum Master. - Proven experience in transitioning from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum. - Experience in evangelizing teams to work in Agile/Scrum. - Experience working in international contexts. - Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory). - Excellent communication and leadership
- Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions. - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Soft Skills:
