We are looking for a Scrum Master to work in Lisbon who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

Responsibilities

• Implementing various agile methodologies, including Kanban, Scrum, Lean, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, Le
  SS, Management 3. 0, OKRs, and QBRs.
• Transforming traditional Waterfall teams into Agile teams.
• Designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, lectures, and forums on agile methodologies and techniques.
• Training Agile roles such as Product Owners (POs), Agile Champions, Scrum Masters (SM), Senior Delivery Managers (SDM), and Senior Release Managers (SRM).

What we are looking for

• +3 experience working as a Scrum Master or similar roles.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing agile practices, with an emphasis on the Scrum method.
• Good knowledge and experience working with Scrum.
• Experience working in an environment with constantly changing priorities.
• Ability to facilitate and lead team working sessions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Living in Lisbon (hybrid role).
