About the role:

As a Scrum Master, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, fellow Scrum Masters, and
- functional agile teams to guide, coach, and mentor them in agile principles and practices, ensuring the successful delivery of
- value data analytics solutions.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary IT Analytics initiative composed of several teams dedicated to delivering
-
- end solutions in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Planning, Data Warehousing, and Advanced Analytics. These solutions will support both operational needs and strategic
- making across the organization.

In this role, you will foster a collaborative, agile culture that empowers teams to build impactful analytics applications and generate meaningful data insights, driving innovation and measurable business outcomes.

What you will be a part of:

• Partner with Product Owners to define product goals, prioritize backlog items, and manage dependencies, roadmaps, and reporting.
• Facilitate all scrum events (sprint planning, daily
  - ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and ensure they are productive and timeboxed.
• Coach team members in agile principles, values, and best practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage reflection on processes during retrospectives.
• Support teams in identifying and mitigating impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Monitor team performance using metrics such as
  - down,
  - up, flow efficiency, lead time, cycle time, and impediment resolution time.
• Foster open dialogue and productive collaboration within and across teams.
• Guide teams in understanding and implementing Scrum practices and principles.
• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders as needed.

What you need to bring to the table:

• Profound understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and tools.
• Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification (e. g. , PSM I, CSM, PMI-ACP).
• Proven experience in a Scrum Master role within an agile environment.
• Strong familiarity with Azure Dev
  Ops.
• Excellent facilitation and mediation skills to resolve conflicts and promote psychological safety.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and oral).
• Willingness to travel.

What is nice to have:

• Experience in scaled agile environments.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or other tracking tools.
• Experience using facilitation tools such as Miro or Whiteboard.
