- how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

Scrum Master - Hybrid (2 days/week - Porto)

Hard skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to apply them flexibly in hybrid or
  - product environments.
• Proven experience in guiding mixed or distributed teams through agile adoption.
• Ability to connect and align priorities between business stakeholders, IT, and Tech teams.
• Skilled in facilitation, conflict resolution, and
  - team coordination.
• Experience implementing agile performance and reporting structures (velocity, burndown, WIP).
• Capability to drive cultural change and build agile maturity across organizations.components.
• Proficiency in Jira and Azure Dev
  Ops (board configuration, reporting, dashboards, workflows).
• Understanding of agile delivery metrics and their use for steering distributed teams.
• Experience with agile scaling or hybrid delivery models is a plus.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Agile/Scrum related certifications are a plus
