Emagine is currently looking for a Scrum Master to join a
- term assignment with one of our international clients in the fintech sector. This is a strategic opportunity to be part of the creation of a new Centre of Excellence within a leading multinational company, helping to drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement across development teams.

The selected professional will work closely with
- functional squads, product owners, and stakeholders to foster an Agile mindset, coach teams, and ensure the delivery of
- quality software solutions in a hybrid setup based in Lisbon.

Your main responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followed across the team.
• Guide and support the Product Owner in effective backlog management and value delivery.
• Remove impediments proactively—technical, organizational, or
  - related—to enable continuous progress.
• Act as an internal coach, helping teams become more
  - organized, Agile, and
  - performing.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support Agile software delivery through practices such as TDD, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Support estimation and planning sessions using Agile metrics and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
• Contribute to a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead in software development environments.
• Scrum Master certification and deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
• Experience working with Agile engineering practices (CI/CD, TDD, automated testing).
• Familiarity with key Agile metrics (velocity, productivity) and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, listening, and analytical skills.
• Previous experience in software development is highly valued.
• English fluency.
• A collaborative and coaching mindset, focused on team performance, adaptability, and delivering value.
