For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 1 to 5 years of professional experience working as a Scrum Master;
• Experience working with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe);
• Experience facilitating Agile cerimonies and client facing transparency into the delivery;
• Fluency in English (B2 Level);
• Availability to work in a hybrid regime, 1x/week at the office, in Lisbon, Coimbra or Braga.
