We're Hiring: Scrum Master / Team Coach – Lisbon (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Coach teams on agile best practices.
• Remove impediments and boost team autonomy and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Contribute to agile transformation and Communities of Practice

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ as a Scrum Master using SAFe
• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban
• Certifications like CSM or PSM
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Miro
• Excellent communication and servant leadership mindset
• Analytical, adaptable, and ready to thrive in dynamic environments

Based in Lisboa

• 60% remote / 40%
  - site
• English fluency

Compensation

• Staff (permanent): Up to €60, 000 gross/year
• Freelance: Up to €8, 500/month
