For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 6+ years of professional experience working as a Scrum Master, at least 2 of them working in software development domain;
• Holder of Scrum Master Certification as well as SAFe;
• Fluency in English (B2/C1 Level);
• Availability to work in a hybrid regime, 2x/week, in Lisbon (Bairro Alto).
