We are looking for a certified Scrum Master to guide agile teams working on digital product delivery and ERP/CRM transformation projects .

Start date: ASAP

Location: Hybrid (50% remote, 50%
- site)

Language: Fluency in English and Portuguese

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more
  - functional development teams
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups)
• Promote continuous improvement and remove delivery blockers
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog
• Track team velocity, report KPIs, and manage sprint delivery
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile values, roles, and responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Agile environments , with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master
• Strong background in IT , ideally with experience in ERP , CRM , or custom digital solutions
• Scrum Master certification (e. g. , PSM I/II, CSM) is mandatory
• Experience in coaching teams and leading Agile transformations
• Familiar with tools like Jira , Confluence , or similar
