- agile ways of working, and coach towards higher maturity at a sustainable pace. * Facilitate systems thinking to help teams and leaders see the value stream, eliminate waste, and prioritise effectiveness over utilisation. * Facilitate an inclusive,
- based approach to change and continuous improvement. * Guide
- led experimentation and use metrics (e. g. SPACE, DORA) to measure impact. * Drive the removal of impediments and coach the team to resolve blockers independently. * Collaborate with the Agile community of practice to support continuous learning, share knowledge, and mature the organisation’s
