? We are looking for a Scrum Master
Main tasks
- Integrate with the cross‑location team, implement Agile methodologies, provide translation support when needed, and keep the team leader updated on project progress.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective) and coach the team on Agile best practices to optimize workflows and productivity.
- Act as a servant leader by removing impediments, supporting the team’s self‑organization, and verifying the team has the skills needed to deliver business value.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure a well‑defined, prioritized product backlog and help external parties understand productive interactions with the Scrum team.
- Monitor and report team performance metrics, identify and mitigate risks, and drive improvement discussions to enhance delivery and predictability.
- Align project goals and share best practices with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders across locations to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Assist the organization in Scrum adoption, plan Scrum implementation, and drive changes that increase team productivity and continuous improvement.
Your profile and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field;
Agile certification preferred (e. G. , CSM, PSM). - 5+ years as a Scrum Master in software development, preferably within payments or financial services.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks with hands‑on experience applying them in complex environments.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Experience managing virtual teams across time zones;
English proficiency minimum B2 (mandatory);
French is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and a problem‑solving mindset focused on team success.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Trello (plus);
availability to work onsite 2 days/week (flexible) and to travel abroad for short periods if required.
