We are looking for a Scrum Master for an opportunity to join and be part of the creation of a center of excellence for a Leading Multinational Fintech Company. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Minimum of +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead

- Scrum Master certified

- Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban)

- Agile Estimating & Planning

- Scrum ceremonies and artifacts

- Agile Practices related to Software Engineering: o Automated Testing techniques o Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment o Test Driven Development

- Metrics: o Velocity vs Productivity

- Tools: Jira/Confluence

- Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value

- Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related - Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile,
- organized and to be at their best

- Experience in development (valued)

- Great communication, analysis and listening skills

- English proficiency
