? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• Should be able to lead 1 to 2 scrum team(s) with a focus on coaching the team(s) towards
  - organization and continuous improvement

• Experience in handling IT projects and able to handle distributed team across globe (especially Portuguese and English-speaking communities)

• Ability to Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.

• Facilitate Scrum events, discussions and decision making.

• Experience in using Confluence and Jira.

• Assist the product owner(s) with creating and maintaining a healthy and ordered and product backlog.

• Prepare and track the Agile Metrics as part of Sprint Cycle and reporting. And should be able to present it in Customer status review meetings.

• Should possess good Customer handling skills in complex IT environment.
