Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic hardware development team. You will work closely with Senior Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to facilitate Agile practices and ensure smooth execution of Scrum processes. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in Agile project management. We are committed to supporting your development in this key role at TEKEVER.

You will help amazing engineering teams deliver groundbreaking hardware products involving electronics, 3D structures, and software.

Your Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and support daily
  - ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement meetings, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support the Product Owner: Assist in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring team alignment.
• Promote the Scrum Framework: Advocate for and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and values.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and address obstacles hindering team productivity.
• Foster Team Collaboration: Encourage effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, aligning individual and team needs.
• Ensure Transparency: Maintain project visibility through tools like sprint backlogs, burndown charts, and other Scrum artifacts.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Help the team identify areas for enhancement during retrospectives and implement actionable solutions.

Profile And Requirements

• Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages.
• A true Agile mindset and basic knowledge of product development.
• Proactive, practical,
  - oriented, and eager to grow in a
  - paced environment.
• Strong communication,
  - solving, and organizational skills.
• Conflict management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e. g. , Jira, Trello).
• 3-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile project management role.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
