Title: Scrum Master

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Duration: 12 months FTC (possibility of a permanent role)

Job Type: Hybrid

He/She works with the Change Experts, Product Owners, Tribe leads, Change Program Manager, Head of PIMH and other team’s across International Market HUB (IMH) to achieve project success.

Technical Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Scrum methodology
• Fluent with main scrum tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro/Yellow, …)

Functional Skills

• Ability to drive the scrum ceremonies on several squads
• Ability to drive a Quarter Agile Planning
• Ability to constantly adjust the Agile framework to fit the Business/Program ecosystem
• Accompany the business teams towards adopting Agility
• Experience in the Banking sector & Wealth Management
• Analytical skills, quick learner and adaptable
• Focussed on Customer & Employee experience

Tasks :

• Coordinate the key business representative users & different stakeholders (Project & BAU) as per activities to be realised within sprints
• Facilitate, optimize & adapt the Agile ceremonies & rituals to the Business squads
• Coach the Key Business representatives, who are used to work in “BAU Operational” mode
• Prepare, coordinate & synchronize the backlogs & plannings to evaluate the activities readiness to be realised by key business representative users
• Efficient backlog management with the Key Business representative users & project team
• Propose & implement a structure & KPI to
  - up squad activity, as per Go Live objectives
• Anticipate & raise key risks & dependencies as per target delivery & planning
• Organize to implement the Train the trainer model, in collaboration with key business representatives & Change Expert
